Enjoy good, all-natural honey from Wisconsin!
The story of hunting is older than history itself. And 8000-year old cave painting in Spain depicts honey harvesting, and we know it's been used for food, medicine, and more by cultures all over the world since.
Here in Wisconsin, our records don't go back that far. However our flavorful honey attempts to make history by offering itself up as a taste sensation worthy of mention in the Honey Hall of Fame.
Lucky for us, bees make more honey than their colony needs, and beekeepers remove the excess and bottle it. This is just like they been doing since the beginning of time.
Our "On the Wild Side" honey is just what it sounds like. The bees roam freely over acres and acres of wildflowers and varieties of wild fruits and organic fields of vegetables. It creates a wonderfully rich and flavorful honey.
